I have 03 Years extensive experience of dealing multi stakeholders, and having abilities, skills to be innovative and work collaboratively. I have innate talent to communicate effectively, and analysis a situation, its time sequence and cause-effect relations in order to set priorities based on rational judgement. In professional setting, I perform actively to achieve defined objectives and implement efficient solutions within set frame.
In stressful situation, I have ability to maintain a positive attitude, and keep personal emotions under control. My achievement during working with multi-stakeholders is that, I have knowledge to identify relevant and potential stakeholders, engaging, cultivating, and maintain relations with them according to the aim of organization.
In my capacity of negotiation, I ever channelize stakeholders, and convince to reach acceptable agreement for all parties.
