My qualification is MBA (human Resource Management). I have 6 months experience as HR Operations Officer with young star development organization-Peshawar and 4 years work experience with Save the children As Human Resource Assistant in which i have 16 months of additional responsibilities of Admin Assistant, 6 months as Distribution Assistant. I have strong hand on HRIS, Payroll, employee relations, Performance management system, Employees Health Life insurance,Managing Inventory,Supervision of OT Staff, Documentation & Filling,effort reporting and coordination mechanism.
