Overall Responsibilities:
This position is generated for the 2022 quick response to flood of 2022 and being a Senior Wash Technical
Assistant responsible for Design, Develop and lead the technical components of the WASH
program, including the different modalities of implementation (Construction of One Room
Shelter, Rehabilitation of community infrastructure like, institutional
rehabilitation of different schemes including Tube wells, BHUs, Primary Schools.)
As a SWTA responsible to oversee IOM compliances, ensuring the quality of implementation of
the required activities for the successful completion of the different project activities in line with
donor requirements and IOM rules and regulations set forth for the project.
 
Major Achievements:
 
Conducted meetings with AC, DC, DDMO, DHO Health, DEO Education male & female, and PHED to orient regarding the project technical targets.
Designed the questionnaire to extract the exact numbers of damaged tube wells, one room shelter and hand pumps in the target community. 
During the project tenure, constructed 500 One Room Shelters along with HH Latrines to cope the quick impact needs of the community in 02 UCs namely Daraban, Gandi Umar Khan of D.I.Khan
To contribute the quick impact needs of the community, repaired 1200 shelters in 02 UCs namely Daraban, Gandi Umar Khan.
To functionalize the Government Institute for rendering the quick impacts needs of the community, renovated Govt Buildings through solarization, electrification and ensure the water supply schemes in 01 BHUs and 06 Primary Schools along with 03 PHED water supply Schemes.
To urge the most important need of the flood affectees in D.I.Khan, constructed water surface Tank of the 12000 Gallons capacity in 03 villages.  
Supervised and implemented the construction of 500 latrines in 03 UC namely Daraban, Gandi Umar Khan.

Overall Responsibilities:
Being directly responsible for the design, implementation, follow-up and evaluation of WASH activities of Muslim Hands International in the target communities of all districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This a key technical role in the MHI KPK team. Reporting to the Program Engineer WASH, the role lead on the planning and implementation of water service improvements in urban/rural areas to ensure access to safe water.
Major Achievements:
Designed, operationalizing and commissioning of the WASH projects i.e water filtration plant; UF, UV, RO (Reverse Osmosis) plants, Hand Pumps, Solar Base Water scheme and WASH in 31 schools over four districts i.e Mardan, Swabi, Peshawar and Kohat.
Implementation are in progress on Pre-treatment, dosing calculation, process analysis, UF, RO (Reverse Osmosis), UV system, Chlorination, HRSCC, USAB, Softener and DM plant etc on 31 plants in KP.

Overall Responsibilities:
 
Being a Wash Engineer responsible to design, plan and implement the “Returnee Life Saving assistance Project (RLSA-Project)” to ensure access to lifesaving assistance (Food, Water and Road Networks) for people in emergencies of Pak-Afghan Border District Khyber. Being a Wash Engineer responsible for budgeting, forecasting and manage water and sanitation projects along with training of the SIF staff and GOVT Officials. As this is the (RSLA-Project) emergency project and extensive of efforts (hiring, deploying and training of staff) were carried out to bring the project on track to ensure the lifesaving assistance in target areas of Pak-Afghan border.
Major Achievements:
·         Developed and design BOQs for 35 Deep Water Wells to ensure the need of clean drinking water on Pak-Afghan Borders during the returns of Displaced People.
·          Finalized the 35 (most in need) water schemes and work in progress on 35 culturally appropriate, environmentally sound, disaster resilient and sustainable Water Schemes in Pak-Afghan Border.
·         Regularly supervising the Rehabilitation work (in progress) of 35 Government Water Wells, hand pumps, and CPI schemes in target areas of Pak-Afghan Border.
·         Supervising and monitor all construction works related to water supply and sanitation including sanitation platforms, masonry foundations, laying of pipes.

Overall Responsibilities:
Under the overall supervision of Project Manager responsible for effective and efficient implementation of the CPI component including, designing and budgeting of Water Supply Schemes, Over Head Revisor, Water Channels, Water Harvesting Schemes, suspension/Suspender Bridges in line with the project proposal and processes, as per the partnership agreements signed with the donors.
Major Achievements:
Design and developed the rain water harvesting schemes in DRR prone district of Kohistan, first ever in the history of the District.
Designed and Trained 70 TMA/PHED staff in Lower Kohistan on safer buildings techniques methods.  
To utilize the local natural resource and cope the budget constraints developed inclusive latrine on random rubber stone masonry.

Overall Responsible for:
This is a leading position on provincial level to overlook the rehabilitations projects, from Designing, Planning, implementation and monitoring to successfully complete the project deliverables agreed in DIP.
Major Achievements:
Designed and Installed Elbow operated hand washing station to restrict the spread of COVID-19 during the peak of covid in 63 government health facilities of KP.
Successfully completed the short span project to overcome the spread of COVID-19 and keep operational 63 health facilities in four Districts of KP.
To keep the eco environment, designed and installed the mechanical medical waste incinerator in history of KP.
Received the appreciation certificate from DG-Health KP for making the role model of Mechanical Incinerator.

Overall Responsibilities:
This was a fixed term contract with IRP for effective implementation of technical/CPI activities under Rural Pats project in Shangla, ECHO HARF project in North Waziristan and FSL project in Orakzai Tribal District.
 Major Achievements:

Successfully conducted dialogues in schools and communities to allow the IRP for installation of Menstrual Hygiene Management Latrine in the history of District Shangla.

Was a part of the team to negotiate the dialogues with Afghan Officials for the diversion of water across the Pak-Afghan border in Baang e Daar the village of North Waziristan.

Successfully completed the HARF project in volatile security situation especially in the target villages at Pak-Afghan Border in North Waziristan.

Contributed to successfully design and implementation of water supply scheme and overhead reservoir to cope the Jatla Earthquake response in AJ&K of an amount of 14 Million PKRs in 21 days.
To cope the emergency response, installed the animal shed and water filtration plants in short span project.
 

Overall Responsible for:
Being a Shelter Officer responsible for implementation and management of the Shelter related activities under the direct supervision/assistance of the Program Manager.
Major Achievements:
To mitigate the risk of losses of the resources and equip the beneficiaries for quick shelter response, introduced the “Self Help Repair Kit” in project area of District Shangla during 2015 Earthquake response.
Trained the 1428 beneficiaries on safer building techniques/ERRA Guidelines during 2 years project tenure in District Shangla.
Additionally, assisted the WASH Officer in identification and implementation of WASH activities i.e 62 DWSS and 1096 inclusive latrine.

Overall Responsible:
Under the overall supervision of Project Manager responsible for effective and efficient implementation of the CPI component for identification vulnerable flash flood gullies, Designing Check Dams and Slope Stabilization Structure at District Swat during flash flood 2015.  
Major Achievements:
Designed and developed the 3297 Check Dams/Slope Stabilization schemes equaling 7 Lac 43 Thousand 301 CFTs in Chail Valley of District Swat.
Trained 120 site supervisors on supervision and execution of Check Dams/Slope Stabilization in 120 sites at Chail Valley Swat.
 Visited Nepal for introducing the Bio Engineering Structure and replica the same Bio Engineering Structure in Swat.

Overall Responsible for:
As a Field Engineer responsible to take the lead role for all engineering activities related to design, develop and execute the CPI schemes and supervising works at construction sites.
 Major Achievements:
Designed and Constructed 31 Flood protection wall of gabbion structure of amounting 24.75 Millions
Developed and supervised 172 Slope stabilization structure to promote eco-tourism in Kalam Valley District Swat
Represented the LASOONA at district and provincial level and attracted investor for local community to invest in tourism at Kalam Valley. 
 

Major Achievements:
Introduced the Solar based tube-wells first ever in the history of District Kurram
Designed and constructed 34 School washing pads in district kurram about which the people of local communities were highly reluctant.
Successfully conducted the dialogue and session with school management to adopt the washing pads concept in schools.
Successfully completed the desalting of 12000 rft for drainage line to ensure clean and green community.

Overall responsibilities:
Being a Field Engineer responsible for implementation and management of the  wash related activities  and additional support for one for implementation of One Roof Shelter (ORS) under the direct supervision/assistance of the Wash Specialist.
Major Achievements:
Introduced the Laari Green shelter concept in Swat and modified the Laari green concept 160 ORS to sustain according to the area dynamic in Swat.
Designed and constructed the 100 One Roof Shelters in District Swat.
Supervised the project of ORS equaling an amount of 17.62 Million PKRs

Overall responsibilities:
As a Field Engineer, responsible for planning, incepting, executing and supervising the engineering activities in the project along with provision of basic technical trainings to the local communities to develop and propose new projects in long run-on self-help basis.
Major Achievements:
Conducted the layouts for renovation of 40 schools in phase-1 and 80 schools in phase-2 of the project.
Supervised the construction of 02 new schools at Charbagh and Matta equaling an amount of 39 millions in PKRs.
Receive the best performance certificate from ROTA for managing efficiently the project.
Designed and supervised the construction of Sports Ground at Tehsil Kabal equaling an amount of 23 Millions PKRs.
