Plan & implement vocational and enterprise development/micro-enterprises activities and support developing community led strategy for the implementation of Food Security and Livelihood (FSL) to reduce poverty.
Duties and Responsibilities:


Identify and registering vulnerable extreme poor individuals/households for vocational trainings and enterprise support.

Supported in establishment of technical and vocational skills centre in project areas.
Assists in designing training course content and tool kits for different trades with consultation of various stakeholders.
Conducts market assessment for vocational trainings / tool kits and to develop market linkages.
Facilitates right holders to develop business plans of their respective livelihood interventions/ enterprises.
Designs grants packages inform of Cash or in-kind for different enterprises.
Facilitated in identification of resource person/institutes for trainings and income generation activities (IGAs).
Conducts Follow up of enterprises supported by the project interventions.
Develops linkages and networking of the RHs with Government line departments and Other technical service providers.
Formation of community-based Self-help groups and & Common Facilitation Units (CFUs).
Responsible for smooth implementation and record management of livelihood interventions in field.
Facilitated in establishment of strong connection/communication with line departments specifically Chamber of Commerce and Industry and social welfare department.
Assist Project Officer in development of Business process such as Detailed Implementation Plan, Procurement and Communication plan.
Prepares beneficiaries progress tracking sheet for record keeping.
Conducts households surveys in collaboration with Community organizations for developing Livelihood Investment Plans (LIPs) of the right holders.
Assists Project officer in needs assessments report of the operational areas for livelihood interventions.
Document all progress, challenges, and learning for future implementation of the similar projects and accountability.
Motivates and moral/ technical support the entrepreneurs in developing and managing their enterprises.
Assists in the preparation of progress reports, Success and Learning Stories.
Supports in proposals development to diversify the business options by introducing innovative activities.
Effective coordination and planning of activities.
Proper planning and execution of activities while consulting all concern.
Ensures timely completion of all activities while adhering quality aspects.
Progress sharing with line management on regular basis along with developing projects monthly, interim and closed out reports.
Develops criteria, assessment tools & finalize it after proper consultation with line management.
Monitors of all interventions & sharing timely feedback with line management.
Gauges impacts of all interventions & share report with all concern.
Identifies resource persons for capacity building component under livelihoods.
Identifies gaps, avoid overlaps and duplication of grants/project activities.
Advise the field teams on best practices and approaches on sustainable livelihoods and ensure effective implementation.
Strategic oversight of planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the program/projects.

Assisted in conduction of needs assessment / base line / surveys for data collection in the project areas.
Assisted project team in Identification & prioritization of most vulnerable / marginalized villages through PRA tools. 
Assisted in Formation, revitalization, strengthening of community development committees / organizations by ensuring the inclusion of all segments of society on a sustainable basis.
Facilitated project team in signing term of partnership (TOP) with committees (Cos/ LSO).
Assisted in conduction of broad based community meetings (BBCM) / stake holder’s workshop at the community level.
Capacity building of communities in terms of development of new proposals, CMST, LMST, advocacy planning and campaigning etc.
Motivating the communities for the monthly contribution of saving schemes.
Regular follow-up and monitoring of project activities & timely reporting of identified gaps with the best possible solutions.
Facilitated CO / LSO profiling i.e. collection of primary level data for situation analysis of the communities and compilation of surveys being conducted on various issues in the project area.
Preparation of weekly / monthly work plans against PMT (performance measured time frame) by ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in stipulated time period.
Maintained hard record that includes field visits reports, CO meeting minutes, beneficiary data, assessment record, distribution record & other documentation.
Extended support to MEAL / MIS / Communications staff for gathering desired information.
Assisted in identification & documentation of organizational successes for show casing IR work.
Facilitated in the arrangement of IRP / donors visits to project areas.
Participation and facilitation in the implementation of IR seasonal programmes.

Preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, conducting classes, assigning and evaluation of home assignments of Students.
