Appointing sub dealers to improve sales.
Coordinate with the national distributor for timely availability of stock to the retailers
Organizing and supervising effective distribution network
Completion of sales targets of national distributor.
Managing Indirect and Direct Sales of national distributor.
Frequent market surveys to ensure the availability of products

Trade Marketing
Merchandising and Visibility

Execution of annual merchandising plan permanent on store/in store branding and merchandising like shop fascias/Canopies/availability signs/ window for the Company .
Planning and distribution of POS to the Market.
Develop KPIs setting and monitoring mechanism for the merchandisers in consultation with Sales Team.

Trade development

To ensure that correct POP (point of Purchase) data fed in the system through random authentication checks in the markets with help from SD team
Arrangement of retailers training for new products/packages launches while coordinating with Admin/Training and SD team
Planning and distribution of giveaways to develop trade relationship
Sales promotions
Owning responsibility for the execution of all regional programs designed to increase sales
Arrangement of budgets/POS and other support material for the smooth execution of the sales
Audit of the activities
