Working as Drive Test Engineer with member of project team in order to deliver project outcomes. Responsible for Drive Testing (3G), Reports, Presentations and team members working under my supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Conduction Single Site Verification Tests, coverage tests, Fixed Point Throughput Tests, Intra-eNodeB Handover, Inter-RAT, Handover Verification 3G-2G.
• Resolving Sector Swap
• Troubleshooting of missing neighbors, Handoff failure and data rate issues
• Pre-DT Clusters (to note down issues like overshooting, Pilot Pollution and Undefined Neighbors etc.)
• Post DT Clusters (Adjust Azimuth, Tilts, Transmitter Power, Add Neighbors etc. resolve issues like overshooting, Pilot Pollution, Undefined Neighbors etc.)
• Audit of Alcatel-Lucent and Huawei Equipment
• Analysis of log files
• Producing Reports on the basis of log files
• Identifying suitable techniques for the collection and analysis of data
• Contributing to team decisions about Drive Testing, RF Optimization and Planning
• Ensuring the validity and reliability of data at all times
