1. To co-ordinate to establish the management programs to achieve objectives and targets.
2.  To develop the related work instructions and get approved from General Manager
3. To arrange the Management Review Meetings (QMS + SHE) & PMC at least once a month separately.
4. To prepare the agenda and to keep the records of Minutes of “Management Reviews”.
5.  To maintain the records of Internal Quality and SHE Audits and to prepare their schedules.
6. To maintain, issue & update the QMS & SHE documents and to keep the records of their distribution.
7. To use various analysis techniques required for continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality & SHE Management Systems.
8.To ensure that ISO and OHSAS standards (QMS & SHE) are understood and implemented in Sanpak Engineering.
9.  To provide assistance and support to other departments of the company regarding the implementation of QMS & SHE.
10. To ensure that the QMS & SHE records are properly filed, tagged, indexed, retrieved and disposed off according to procedures.
11.  To identify, review & evaluate the significance of environmental aspects, safety and health associated risks and to establish the SHE objectives and targets.
12.  To follow-up the QMS & SHE objectives and targets.
13.  To ensure the promotion of customer requirements by assigning responsibilities to relevant people, getting feed-back and conducting QMS & SHE trainings.
14.Ensure the compliance of  ISO, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), IATF & 5S related activities like:
Hazard identification, risk assessments and control implementation on production Floor.
  IATF related activates like SWOT analysis, SIPOC diagram, List of interested parties, etc
Conducting of internal audit of ISO, health & safety and 5S, preparing an audit summary report and list of NCRs.

1. Perform new product’s manufacturing studies and make production-efficient and cost-effective proto sample with the help of development team.
2. Identifying processes and making of Process Flow chart on the basis of approved proto sample.
3.  Calculate, evaluate BOM (Bill of material) and BOQ (Bill of quantity) for each new project and entry into SAP.
4.  Material issuance from Warehouse through entry by using SAP.
5.  Identify and adopt new materials and processes to decrease cost and improve quality.
6. Time studies for each product in order to determine individual process cycle time and optimum manufacturing resources required.
7.  Calculating of SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) for each process.
8.  Making of Production planning sheets on the basis of SAM calculated for each processes.
9.  Identifying bottle neck process and balancing of line on the basis of SAM.
10.  Calculating of machine utilization & Line capacity.
11.  Layout design for ensuring smooth flow of work & material through a system.
12.  Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
13.  Problem solving by applying 5 why Analysis & Root cause analysis is.
14.  Preparation of work instructions for standardization of processes.
15.  Schedule regular maintenance for equipment.
16.  Preparing daily production reports and sending to project manager through email.
17.  Confirm the availability of stock for production by follow up with supply chain team.
18.  Productivity enhancement through Lean principles & other IE tools & techniques.
19.  Make proposal for new facility requirement.
20.  5S implementation by giving training to workers and conducting periodic floor audits.
21.  Make sure the quality on production line by making and implementing quality check sheets.
22.  Employee trainings to reduce rejection rate.
23.Deliver the production to ware house through  entery into SAP
