·         Implementation of Project Structural and Finishing works Complete Site Execution Work.
·         Conduct field surveys/assessments.
·         Provide guidance to Project Manager on technical elements in both qualitative and quantitative survey tools.
·         Provide guidance for supervising and monitoring all technical aspects of the project activities.
·         Supervise site implementation activities and assist towards developing specifications for engineering goods and services
·         Formulate and manage hazard resistant technical trainings for the staff, implementing partners, local authorities and community and maintain the records of the events.
·         Analyze implementation work plans and make recommendations for improvements as necessary
·         Provide guidance to field staff for construction methodology of various structures including Building units, community infrastructure, receive its inputs and act in consequence in coordination with the Project Manager.
·         Support the Project Engineer in the development of the guiding booklets, tools, methodologies and other implementation of project activities.
·         Maintain a regular liaison with the implementing partner for the technical backstopping.
·         Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
·         Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
·         Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
·          Manage and execute small to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
·         To conduct technical and commercial negotiation with the clients
·         Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.

• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule & take care of minimum loss of steel.
• Monitoring of Piling Works during execution at site.
• Ensure that quality control plans as per contractors/clients expectation are followed devotedly.
• To assist the QA/Qc Manager & coordinate the supervisor’s activity, carry out & implement the QA/QC program, arrange & conduct meeting under the Site Superintendent direction.
