Participate and understand Detail Implementation Plan of the project.
Develop a monthly work plan based on DIP and ensure its implementation in coordination with supervisor
Assist in the mapping of public health facilities and private GP clinics (general practitioner clinics) in the assigned districts for project activities as per assigned list.
Coordination with all stakeholders at the district level and organization of the inception meeting and meetings with area notables.
Provision of road map for the GP clinics and hospitals with estimated distances from zero-point/landmark.
Lead the process of coordination with the field staff of TB Program partners (Sub-Recipient) of Mercy Corps/National TB Program in the assigned district, Private Healthcare Facilities, Private Labs and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the project.
Monitoring and assessment of public and private health facilities for WASH related activities (hard component) in coordination with WASH Engineer and Field Engineer of C 19 Project.
Ensure implementation of field activities in the district as per operational guidelines and timelines
Responsible for conducting regular visits to assigned hospitals, private healthcare providers and labs to ensure activities take place in time as per the agreed work plan.
Assist in developing a list of healthcare providers for Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) and Combined Management of Covid and TB (CMCT) training at the district level.
· Organize capacity building training of the healthcare facility staff in coordination with the Project Manager and IPC Specialist.
Support M & E and Engineers in conducting surveys, assessments, execution and completion activities of hard and soft components of project.
Timely submission of monthly progress reports, and activity reports after endorsement from district health authorities/hospital administration/ healthcare providers.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per the Guidelines and timely submission to the country office.
Maintain chronological programmatic and financial data/records including activity photographs, attendance sheets, TA/DA sheets, bills/invoices and field monitoring reports etc. of all the field activities at the district level.
Submit programmatic and financial records to the office of all field activities on a monthly basis as per the Operational Guidelines.
Support and facilitate field visits from national, provincial and district level stakeholders.
Comply with all the Mercy Corps Policies for example Field Procurement Policies and Procedure (FP3).
Any other task or responsibility as assigned by the Project Manager/supervisor.
Counsel registered TB patients in the assigned health facilities for treatment adherence and completion.
Counsel lost to follow up patients for continuing treatment
Counsel any refusing family members of index TB patient for screening and LTBI treatment through home visits, where required
Counselling of RR patients who refused to get registered at PMDT sites
Maintain record of patients counselled and followed up till outcome declaration
Facilitate DFS in follow up and counselling of the refusals/ lost to follow up patients and ensure treatment adherence and completion.
Develop and follow the monthly workplan in coordination with the supervisor
Counselor will be placed in large private hospitals of the district on rotational basis.
Counselor will visit households of TB (B +) patients for counseling of their families for screening and LTBI treatment (eligible members only) on need basis
Conduct training sessions/ provide support in capacity building/on job training of field staff on communication and counseling skills on regular basis
Ensure timely LTBI data collection and provision to SR for analysis
Prepare field progress report based on the workplan and submit on monthly basis
Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Ensure quality implementation of program activities in the district as per budget and work plan.
Serve as a focal person for Mercy Corps at the district level, ensuring active follow up on key tasks, active sharing of learning and challenges, coordination and engagement with key stakeholders
Provide support to Program Coordinator during all phases of the project including setting up, project implementation, procurement, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
Conduct regular visits of all identified health facilities of targeted district and provide feedback to Project Coordinator and Senior Technical Advisor
Prepare event reports, training reports, monthly progress reports of awareness sessions, success stories on bi-monthly/quarterly basis and submit to PC for review and record
Prepare work plans on monthly basis for project activities and procurement plan for distribution of PPEs, IEC and Cash support items.
Coordinate regularly with selected Health Facility / Incharge/MSs, District Manager PPHI, Security Focal persons, Local NGOs, District Health Department of Punjab for smooth implementation of project related activities as per work plan.
Ensure that objectives and indicators as outlined in the grant agreement are met in time.
Follow all MC SOPs on Safety and Security while conducting the activities in the assigned areas.

Responsible to submit reports in a timely manner, of his/her own supervised activities according the Organizations existing reporting procedures.

· Coordinate all edible Oil/Ghee fortification related activities in field including working key stake holders (Health & Food Department)
· Plan & Conduct capacity building trainings for Oil/Ghee mill staff, food inspectors, Lab staff
· Conduct regular visits of Oil/Ghee Mills & Markets to ensure that fortified Oil/Ghee is produced and supplied to the markets
· Undertake monitoring of the Oil/Ghee mills on regular basis and collect samples of fortified oil/ghee for testing at the Quality Control Labs
· Coordinate through provincial manager with third party lab for collections, dispatch of samples and administration of premix subsidy according to adequacy of fortification
· Conduct market and house hold surveys to monitor availability of fortified oil/ghee and ensure compliance
· Plan and undertake awareness raising activities at the district level to generate demand for the fortified oil/ghee
· Collate information and data received from the mills, compile, analyze and generate monthly reports for submission to provincial office
· Conduct lobbying meetings with the district Health & Population department regarding project.
· Responsible for all administration & Management of office (All Operations and programs)
· Conduct regular field visits to (Suraj,Pehli Kiran Clinics, and Roshani Ka Safar) for project implementation.

Carry out district mapping exercises if required, in consultation with the district health department (Chief Executive Officer-Health (CEO-H)/District Health Officer (DHO)/ and District TB Coordinator (DTC) under the guidance of the Regional Coordinator
Timely submission of monthly progress reports, and quarterly TB Recording and reporting (R&R) tools, activity reports after endorsement from district health authorities
Timely submission of monthly work calendar; and ensure following the timelines
Meet the assigned targets of TB case registration and activities.
Conduct regular visits to selected Hospitals, private healthcare providers, labs, large hospitals and partners for Sputum Transportation Intervention

Timely supply of anti-TB drugs, and labs reagents to the private partners
To understand the crucial importance of 100 percent contact screening, and do contact screening of the bacteriologically positive cases, and put these contact persons on treatment for latent TB as per the Guidelines
Support hospital staff in maintaining TB R&R tools and anti-TB drug stock
Refer the rifampicin-resistant TB cases to the PMDT site and facilitate their registration at the PMDT site
Implementation of the Active Case Finding (ACF) activities in the field in close coordination with district health authorities and with the support of the Regional Coordinator
Coordinate with sputum transportation riders, private and public facilities, and other local stakeholders for transportation of sputum samples from designated health facilities to the Gene Xpert site; and ensure all the samples are transported through riders as per the Guidelines and updated in the sputum transportation App.
Maintain chronological programmatic and financial records including activity photographs and field monitoring reports etc. of all the field activities at the district level
Submit programmatic and financial records to the office of all field activities on a monthly basis as per the Operational Guidelines
Conduct him/herself professionally and personally in such a manner as to bring credit to Mercy Corps and in no way jeopardize its humanitarian efforts.
