• Conducting detailed site assessments for facilities such as BHUs, Afghan refugee camps, training centres, orphanages, schools, and government hospitals, identifying needs for renovation, expansion, and structural improvements, and presenting findings to upper management.

• Attending various workshops and training sessions allows me to expand my knowledge and skills in critical areas relevant to our mission. This ongoing professional development keeps me informed about best practices and emerging trends, enabling me to effectively support project implementation and address the diverse needs of the communities we serve.

• Collaborating with management in periodic meetings to review assessment findings, discuss project scope, and secure approvals, enabling timely project initiation.

• Developing comprehensive BOQs and technical documentation, utilizing Revit for design work, Primavera P6 for project scheduling, and MS Office for data management and reporting.

• Conducting systematic quality and quantity checks to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards across all project phases.

• Overseeing construction progress through regular site inspections, monitoring alignment with safety and project specifications, and making adjustments as needed.

• Working with cross-functional teams to integrate social impact objectives, ensuring engineering solutions align with the unique needs of vulnerable communities served by the NGO.
