I am a millennial, development practitioner, human rights activist, and trainer.
Passionate and have experience in the areas of education, especially girls' education, women's empowerment, persons with disabilities, inclusive education, climate change disaster preparedness, advocacy and peacebuilding, as well as youth career counselling, and their empowerment.
Equipped with a Master's in Sociology (2013) and a BS (Hons) in Zoology (2010), I bring a unique perspective.
Having 12 years of expertise in the field of designing, implementing, monitoring, and leading development projects /programs by adhering to the schedule, budgeting and managing teams as a project manager leading multiple non. profit organizations (national and international) in Pakistan.
I completed more than 15 projects on Disaster Emergency Preparedness, Education, WASH, Inclusive Education for Women/ Persons with Disabilities, COVID-19 Emergency Response, Human Rights Education and many other awareness and community development programs.
Women's economic empowerment can be a driving force in sustainable development and poverty alleviation. Besides raising funds for development initiatives, I have been influencing public policy for Women with Disabilities and enhancing the vocational skills of more than 500 adolescent girls and women, and community volunteers to trickle down the development work at the grassroots level.
I am an international ToT in Human Rights Education (Compass Model) certified by the Council of Europe, in Budapest Hungary.
I possess exposure to all areas of Pakistan (urban and rural) through training, project implementation and managing multiple activities with a positive attitude toward all challenges.

Job Responsibilities:
Served as the official contact point and provided overall project management and strategic direction for the project.
Oversee technical and operational functions for achieving the goals of the project.
Provide financial management and accountability of all project deliverables.
Supervise all project personnel, consultants, and other personnel as assigned.
Monitor project activities for results and maintaining frequent contact with the team & project progress.

 Identify and link with public-private stakeholders and Women rights commissions to develop coordination for WWDs.
 Identify and mobilize at least 200 women with disabilities or female caregivers of children with disabilities, arginase sensitized session.
Vocational training arrangement for WWDs/Caregivers.
Linkages building among Government, DPOs/NGOs, Private to create employment opportunities.
Plan and organize multiple meetings with different stakeholders on the advocacy rights of women/person with disabilities.
Conducted training on Gender-based violence in close coordination with Human/Women rights commissions.
Support the preparation of training and facilitate or co-facilitate the training on Disability inclusion and UNCRPD.
Compile training reports including the outcome of M&E results with relevant data.
Formation of SDGs Coalition at Provincial level in Sindh. Mainstreaming SDG 16 agenda with 2018 Elections with civil society, journalists, academia and parliamentarian, Coordinate the research report on the status and challenges in achieving the respective SDG 16 target outlining the proposed provincial legislative reforms, Mass level social mobilization (Post Election) with local bodies’ representatives CBOs and education institutes.

1001 Night’s Language & Literacy program- was 3 years project implementing in all 4 provinces of Pakistan in collaboration with provinces governments.Â
I was the Sindh lead and served assigned government schools in respective regions Sindh, managed all project activities, work with logistic teams, establishing a strong partnership with respective Education department officials, headteachers and teachers for smooth implementation of program activities, Coordinate with ADOs, DEOs, SDOs, E&SE and other partners, District education office and management committee DMC meetings in order to resolve issues if any related to the field. Delivered training in project & ECD/teaching practices.
Completed all milestones within the timeframe successfully. Â
As Senior Program Coordinator Sindh, I am responsible for leading multiple projects as Akhuwat Dreams, Street children, Mother’s Program, and Coordinate administrative functions involving social services and Indigent Fund contracts, including preparation of RFPs, evaluation of proposals, processing of reimbursement requests, monitoring agencies' compliance with contract requirements, for social service and/or other agencies.

Work towards the Organizations Strategic Plan of service quality, service growth and service sustainability, I am also leading the training component of Akhuwat Sindh program and am responsible for developing different training modules for teachers, school administration and other stakeholders.
As project Manager Education Tharparkar, I was responsible for overall project management, team hiring, management and orientation. I was the lead in developing project framework and was responsible for donor reporting of the project. I n addition to it, I was the lead person to develop training modules for staff , volunteers and stakeholders trainings and for keeping close liaison with district and provincial education departments, community stakeholders and other NGOs. During the assignment, I was responsible for leading the Non.formal literacy and primary education programs, Whole School Improvement Program of ITA in Karachi. Keeping close liaison community stakeholders, school administration, teachers, community elders, parents for ensuring enrollment and decreasing drop outs in schools. Conducting monitoring of schools jointly with education department officers and arrange and conduct teachers trainings and carrying out periodic assessments of students and teachers. Collection of data from other districts of Sindh and compilation of monthly and quarterly report was also part of my job during the assignment.
During the assignment Event Management and Outreach, I was responsible for expanding the outreach of the program to youth and engaging of youth in the program through different activities. I was also conducting youth trainings, formation of youth groups and delivered lectures on youth issues as public speaker in colleges and universities of Sindh.
