I have more than Fourteen years of professional experience in Human Resource & administrative capacity. I started my career from Denny Enterprises International Limited (a retail business) as an HR Executive in United Kingdom as part time employee during my studies in London(Studied three semesters of BBA).
I was appointed as Manager Human Resource & Administration in Sun Rise Technical Services LLC, Dubai which was related to construction and manpower supply with more than 500 employees and used to hire employees from other companies as sub contract. I was responsible for the formation and implementation of HR policies according to the UAE labour laws. Moreover, I was responsible for office administration, visa processing, preparation of labor contracts, salaries of the employees and exit process of the employees.
In Pakistan, I worked in Deloitte Yousuf Adil- Chartered accountants as Supervisor HR & Admin, which is one of the big4 audit firms of the world. I was solely responsible for HR policies formation (local Multan office), hiring of audit and admin staff, induction of new trainees, management of salaries, stipends and Provident Fund. I was responsible for health insurance (M/s Pak Qatar Takaful), leasing of vehicle for staff (M/s Orix Leasing) and Insurance of vehicles (M/s IGI Insurance). I worked with Deloitte for more than 3.5 Years. Currently I am working as Manager Human Resource in ShineWing Hameed Chaudhri & Co. Chartered Accountants, Multan Office
