Key Responsibilities
Maintain the General Ledger and payroll.

Providing extensive support in the preparation of annual budget
Facilitating external and internal auditors for audit of the assigned regions on annual basis
Preparation of staff salary & honorarium sheets of assigned regions on payroll module on monthly basis
Deduction and timely submission of income tax deducted from vendors
Preparation of monthly cash request of the regions
Preparation of budget variance on quarterly basis
Maintaining of fixed assets register of all regions, including head office as per required standards
Preparation of social security statement of assigned regions on monthly basis
