I am have done M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology with 5 years of experience, with a trained background in providing mental health care assistance for individuals struggling with mental health problems (adults and children). I have experience with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and conditions. Profound knowledge of psychological assessment, psychological disorders, conditions, and their treatment. Areas of expertise include client psychological assessment, adult as well as adolescent counseling and psychotherapy, behavior modification, research, data collection and data analysis. I am currently working as a Psychosocial Support Officer at Islamic Relief Pakistan. During association with these institutions/organizations, I have acquired experience in the field of gender-based violence (GBV), case management, crisis management, psychological first aid (PFA), MHPSS, referral pathway, research, capacity building, training designing, proposal writing, scales translation and standard report writing, with additional skills of behavior modification, strategy plan for the development of vulnerable communities, psychotherapeutic interventions and data analysis. I have performed psychometric testing and interviews to determine the mental status of the client and organized and oversee group therapy sessions. My objective is to join an organization where I can utilize my knowledge and competently apply my skills in a challenging and dynamic environment that fosters and rewards, positive attitudes, proactive work style, team planning and shared goals and helps in the betterment and growth of society.

Psychosocial Support Officer
I am working here since December 2022 and giving services as a Psycho Social Support Officer. This position has responsibility of conducting Psycho Social Support Sessions in different community level which includes Mental and Emotional Health awarenesses.Furthermore, responsibility of safe spaces establishment and running it. In Safe Space there are multiple interventions which include Mental and Emotional Health awareness sessions of Individual and group based for the women and children.Moreover, it includes Gender based violence sessions, Child protection sessions. It also include different physical and viral diseases.Finally it\'s responsibility of making dignity groups in safe space for community work.
