Child Protection Officer plays a critical role in safeguarding to the children from harm and promoting their well being. He will work directly with vulnerable children and their families ,conducting assessment and investigations of abuse and neglect providing case management and support services,advocating for child protection polices and practices . This role require a dedicated and compassionate individual with strong social work skills, experience in child protection systems and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for childrens.

In this organization I am utilizing my services as CHILD PROTECTION (Case Worker). Prime Responsibilities are that to work for Child Basic Rights And their Protection through Referal Mechanism First Identify,register and made referal for provide a services through concern Department.Conductesd capacity building session regards child protection at community and school level ,MHPSS session delivered at communities.

Through the platform of Indus Resource Center I utilize my previous experience of mobilization, communication, collaboration and leading a whole team. Indus resource center work on child protection project it include 2 or 3 components like Mental health and Psycho - socio support  (MHPSS)  and Psycho-socio support to children and women which were effected during floods 2022 and also work on Birth Registration of children under 5 years that is whole purpose of that project.

Here I utilize my computational skills Like Ms Word , Ms Excel And Internet suffering .

Through this short term period I Learn that how to work different Societies / culture / religions and conduct aware session with different thoughts of peoples that totally  work was based on issue of Gender Based Violence.
