In General:


Ø To create the registration and admission challan via Data base management system



Ø Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.



Ø Maintain student’s admission files record.



Ø Follow-up with parents and school departments regarding school-related matters like fees, PTM, Events, GCID creation / suspension, Parent Portal services, students shifting , Inter campuses transfer, alloting students clubs , arrange student’s transport with coordination of transport department, Student’s ID cards creation request, freeze and unfreeze status of student’s admission etc



Ø Coordinate & support all the official visitors for their visits and meetings



Ø Schedule official meetings and prepare the minutes of meetings



Ø Preparation of briefs of all the activities of the department



Ø Organize office calendar with all types of activities



Ø Follow the office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of administrative assistance



Ø To maintain the admission inflow and outflow record and share the monthly report with the Senior Management



Ø To maintain the record of official letters dispatching/ receiving internal and external via TCS services



Ø Provide the training against newly hired staff



Ø Arrange orientation programs, educational workshops and graduation programs for students.



Ø Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.



Ø Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events. 



Ø Other duties as assigned.

Applicant Information:
Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of applicant information on to the central computerized student management system, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
Provide Advice and Guidance to Applicants:
Provide advice and guidance on course options to applicants verbally and in writing. Deal with all internal and external queries concerning the progress and status of an application.
Ø  Interview students to understand their objectives and background.
Ø  Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.
Ø  Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved. 
Ø  Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails. 
Processing of Decisions:
Ø  Take responsibility for the processing of all decisions (offers, rejections, withdrawals etc)
Ø  Ensure that valid offers are made by referring to the BTSC agreed entry criteria for each course and recording all such decisions on the central computerized student management system.
Ø  Assist in the organization of interviews in liaison with Faculty Administrators, where appropriate.
