• Responsible for Operations of all USEA branches and F&B Outlets throughout Pakistan.
• Reporting directly to the USEA Board of Directors and carrying out Board directives with regard to business and financial management.
• Direct supervision of Staff assigned to the payroll, accounting,billing and Business operations of the Club.
• Supervision of Commissary, Restaurant and cafeteria Managers and any other managers hired by USEA.
• Supervision of all hiring process with joint consultation and approval of the USEA Board.
• Maintenance of staff discipline, review of cases of disciplinary action and initiation of such actions in consultation with Board.
• Supervision of all time and attendance and payroll activities.
• Advice management on methods of controlling and reducing costs and performing cost analysis for ultimate reduction or revision of various items /services and outlets.
• Reconciliation and presentation of monthly reports to management of all F&B outlets and Commissary including inventory reconciliation.
• Preparation of annual master budget for all functions.
Responsible for smooth, efficient and economical management of all food And beverages of USEA.
• Development of budgets, preparation of new menus. Set, monitor and meet sales targets.
• Control cost, nutrition, quality of purchased stock.
• Development and implementation of standard operating procedures to control costs, inventories and portion size.
• Oversee al F&B staff to provide high standard of Service.
• Quality control, customer care standards of guest facilities and products. Maintenance of Staff awareness in compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
