Role & Responsibilities of the CBK
1. Maintain and update the LSO Record
2. Maintaining and Updating Finical Record of IGG, CIF Grants and other relevant records of the community Institutions of as per the guidelines.
3. Prepare Cash receipt.
4. Prepare vouchers and cheque.
5. Help the Community Institutions Manager/ Secretary to Carry Out IGG, CIF appraisals
6. Maintain IGG, CIF documents and IGG, CIF registers
7. Ensure participation in training activities as organized by BRSP
8. Prepare a monthly IGG, CIF grant progress report on the prescribed format given by RSPs and submit it to the concerned RSP SMT/CRP on the monthly basis
