The undersigned has Twelve years of experience in Budget Making (Current Developmental), Reporting, supervision, strategic planning, and monitoring supervision.
The undersigned is working with Education Department KP as District Executive on the FCDO-funded project named Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Sector Program (KESP) where I was responsible for the implementation of all the activities of Elementary Secondary Education activities regarding DPS, IDPS, District Education Plan, PD day and performance evaluation of DEOs, DDEOs, SDEOs, and ASDEOs at their cluster.
I have also worked with Finance Department KP as AC PFM Consultant on FCDO-funded projects and supporting the Finance Department in the preparation of IBCC, PFM Law, PFM Reform Strategy 2020-25, Single Treasury Account (TSA). Have also worked during the preparation of budget 2020-21. Supporting the Finance Department in training to the different Line Departments on IFMIS (SAP).
The undersigned has been working on the preparation of projects (government level) from PC-I to PC-V and their approval from the concerned authorities i.e. DDWP and PDWP. The undersigned have worked at the district level on District ADP from the preparation stage to approval from the competent authority and then budget execution by conducting the status of ADP schemes along with their execution to identify the flaws in any project and to then take corrective measures for the said projects to execute them smoothly (by the Expenditure Review Committee). Worked with the Health Department at the District level in preparation of facility-level budgeting for the office of the District Health Officer. Now the undersigned is working on the Provincial budget in the Finance Department KP as a Financial Consultant and has supported the Finance Department in rationalization of the current budget, and supplementary amount rationalization.
Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the undersigned has conducted training on PD Guideline, Budget Rules (District, Tehsil, and VC/NC), Rules of Business to Government officials/Officers, District Councilors, Tehsil Councilors, VC/NC Chairmen, and newly recruited VC/NC Secretaries at District Level
The undersigned have also supervised the conditional grant utilization, and field visits to the school, monitored the construction work, and reported them. Prepared the success stories, evaluated those stories, and media coverage to those stories to highlight the good work done by the community participation.
Along with above mentioned, the undersigned also worked as a member of the purchase committee in the Government of KP, Environment Department.
Was also involved in the recruitment process at the Health Department, GoKP from start till the appointment order and evaluation of staff.
The undersigned have also worked with government officers/officials on preparation of Integrated Budget Call Circular, budget and need assessments of all the departments to rationalize their budgets/needs at district level. The undersigned was also responsible for the documentation, storage and writing minutes of the meetings at different level.

· Be the focal point person for coordination with the District Education Officers for the implementation of KESP activities at the district-level and provide guidance in the district-level planning and coordination.
Endorse monthly progress reports from District Administration and shared with ADC & ACs for evidence.
