• Ensure availability of all OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), Sterile, Biotech, Penicillin and MDI (Metered Dosage Inhaler) area machines in good working condition.
• Arrange for the safe execution of preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan.
• Ensure correct recording of machine downtimes in SAP PM Module with coordination of production people and analyze the occurrence faults through quality tools to improve and control maintenance breakdown.
• Ensure availability of all necessary spare parts before machine maintenance.
• Ensure safety, health, risk and environment control are fulfilled and maintained in workplaces.
• Prepare maintenance budget , review monthly expense report to reduce operational cost of maintenance.
• Ensure proper installation and commissioning of new machines and projects within specified time.
• Record keeping and SAP documentation of maintenance and calibration activities.
• Provide training\'s of maintenance people and machine operators for improving their skills.
• Ensure all SOP’s are updated at site and in use.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or management.
• Perform Site Acceptance Test.
• Develop spare issuance procedure from engineering store to reduce non value added activities to ensure hassle free issuance.
