The most important thing that my thirty-year career, spanning leadership roles in the army and in the corporate sector, has taught me is the need to cultivate a healthy working environment in any given workplace where the employees feel motivated, encouraged and supported to perform to the best of their abilities and contribute to the success of the firm. Cost effectiveness, transparency, and good manufacturing practices are the challenges of the day and they can only be conquered with a well-entrenched “Team Work". My vast experience as a leader has given me the required skillset to inspire this productivity in the workplace and I look forward to utilizing my skillset in ensuring the success of firm.
