Currently functioning as a Shift Engineer on Diesel Hydro-treating Unit since January 2017 with major responsibility to Handle& troubleshoot all type of emergencies, safe & smooth operation of plant, and also have 3.5 years of experience in Utility Department as an Operation Engineer and Process Project engineer (water treatment projects). o Ensure smooth operation of plants with the coordination of DCS Operators and area Operators.
o To co-ordinate and follow-up all field operational, maintenance and HSE activities to ensure adherence to procedures.

Responsible for smooth operation of cooling towers, RO plants (sea water and brackish water design), Electrode deionization plant, and waste water treatment plant.
· Review of technology alternatives to incorporate new technologies by raising modification,
P & ID preparation, justification study that results in better performance, operational flexibility and lowering operating cost.
· Preparation of annual Capital / Revenue budget.
· Prepare monthly requirement of Hydrochloric acid (HCl) and Caustic (NaOH) for water treatment plant.
· Perform analysis of different tests available on site Turbidity, PH, conductivity, hardness, oil contents in water etc.
· Operate the Plants efficiently and safely to optimize output adhering to Quality and HSE standards.
· Monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, performing technical reviews and economic evaluation of improvement opportunities.
· Responsible for planning and managing the day to day activities in order to meet production targets.
· To ensure accurate recording of information concerning the operation of the plant whilst taking corrective action when required and report such information to Shift Controller to facilitate decision making.
