概要

My 12 years of experience in development sector particularly in education have given me an in depth understanding of social education issues. I successfully completed my work with national and international organizations (AKES P, AKU-IED, USAID, ASI, and MSI) on teacher education, institutional development, school improvement and monitoring programs. Currently working with MSI as a quality control officer and master trainer on EGRA baseline survey. Gender, Monitoring, Community Participation, Training and Material Development were the cross cutting areas in all donor funded projects /programs.nHave Master of Education degree from the Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development and Master degree in Urdu from Punjab University, Lahore. Completed certificate course on Monitoring Evaluation from National Institute for Educational Development Siri Lanka sponsored by USAID.nHave expertise in capacity enhancement of the provincial district education officials of Sind, Baluchistan and KPK, pre service in-service teacher education institutes, developing curriculum comprehensive professional development programs including follow up activities, pre and post tests, baseline surveys, gap analysis and needs assessment.
