Record, classify and process financial transactions including invoices, expenses, accounts receivable and payable, and other assets, liabilities and expenses utilizing Manager Accounting software and MS Excel. Reconcile bank and vendor statements regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Monitor accounts, assist in collection and delivery of outstanding payments. Generate and distribute financial reports including balance sheets and income statements in order to provide management with regular and timely updates on financial performance. Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of checks.
