Working on ERP (Enterprise resource planning system which consists of Production,Planning,Purchase,Lab,Quality,Gate pass system,inventory @ WIP).
Monitor and Maintain inventory levels.
Arranging material demands/requisition for genral and planning bases items.
Material follow_up and arrange them timely.
Identification of slow moving store items.
To maintain all material IGP & OGP # in ERP system.
To maintain material physically checking.
If material physically counted then supervised by the quality controller and making inspection report. 
To monitor daily receiving & issuance against the role of FIFO.
Posting of reserved quantity in stock & PROD\'S closing on daily basis.
Making report of freeze meeting.
Coordinate procurement about ledger reconciliation of suppliers data with accounts department.
Arranging the debit notes of material which supplied to customer and suppliers.
Monitor all process of material dispatch and its values/invoice for Export and local and dispatch of material to parties on daily basis on debit and  on returnable basis and other routine works related to job.
Preparetion of daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for manager.
