Having worked in various roles over the last 10 Years I have excellent management, negotiation and motivational skills giving all of the team. My skills include reporting to senior members on daily basis which includes future work projection and producing innovative ways in which we will meet our targets. I am an excellent communicator and am able to communicate at all levels. Over the last 12 years in my current position I have exceeded targets set by the Office by being innovative and giving my staff quality direction. Under my supervision, there were 1076 females and 916 males trained successfully from 26 union councils of the district of Sukkur.

I served as the District Project Officer (DPO) for Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) in District Ghotki. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing two key projects: the Health Communication (MNCH) Project and the Population Services International (PSI) initiative. My core responsibilities included the development and submission of narrative reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the management.
I led the implementation of project activities across all five tehsils of the district, including organizing trainings for Community Health Workers (CHWs), who were identified from local communities. Under my leadership, the district team comprised two female Social Organizers, one male Social Organizer, two Lady Health Visitors (LHVs), one MIS officer, and 300 CHWs.
I maintained close coordination with MNCH partners, District Health Office (DHO) officials, and the National Program, particularly in underserved areas. I also conducted quarterly District Coordination Meetings with MNCH stakeholders and successfully organized several large-scale district-level events, which were attended and appreciated by our leading partner, the Rural Support Program Network (RSPN).
Due to the effective implementation and rigorous monitoring by SRSO and RSPN across seven districts, I was honoured with an appreciation letter and awarded a one-month bonus for outstanding performance.

In collaboration with the Nutrition Officer and logistics team, I ensured the timely availability and pre-positioning of medical and therapeutic food supplies. I monitored the quality and quantity of supplies and provided regular feedback to the Nutrition Supervisor, particularly when supplies did not meet quality standards. I also maintained strong coordination with outreach staff to ensure effective referral and follow-up processes.
