As a Community Engagement Officer (CEO), I was responsible for organizing community-level awareness campaigns focused on critical nutrition issues. My role included coordinating and facilitating awareness events, conducting field visits to government health facilities such as PPHI and Basic Health Units (BHUs), and engaging communities to strengthen their access to health services. I also arranged seminars, led awareness sessions, and conducted stakeholder meetings with key departments, including PPHI, Health, and Population Welfare. These initiatives were aimed at fostering collaboration, enhancing service delivery, and promoting sustainable community health outcomes.

I served as Program Officer Trainer at Sindh Rural Support Organisation (SRSO). My responsibilities were to support the technical oversight of management. Under my supervision, there were two female social organizers, two male social organizers, one administrator and one MIS person were worked. My responsibilities were to lead and ensure vocational training under the project PPRP in the villages of the district of Sukkur. It was a thirty-day training. After the successful training, participants were awarded a certificate, a cash amount, training-related tool kits for Tailoring, motor mechanic, beautician, solar mechanic, and hand embroidery. Under my supervision, there were 1076 females and 916 males trained successfully from 26 union councils of the district of Sukkur.

I served as a Monitoring and Quality Assurance Officer at Indus Resource Center, overseeing adult literacy centers in the districts of Khairpur and Sukkur. My responsibilities included monitoring the operations of the centers and ensuring the delivery of quality education under project standards. During the position September 2020, on behalf of my performance organization promoted me as District Coordinator (NFE) Non Formal Education department.

As District Coordinator for a non-formal education project at IRC, I was responsible for overseeing and supporting district-based project staff to ensure effective planning and implementation of field activities. My core responsibilities included:
Facilitating the development of weekly and monthly work plans in collaboration with project staff, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives.
Assisting the Project Manager in formulating comprehensive field implementation plans and executing activities according to the approved project framework.
Monitoring the progress of field-based activities and providing necessary technical and operational support to the district teams.
Engaging regularly with the District Education Officers (Primary and Secondary) to identify and verify school sites for the establishment of Temporary Learning Centers (TLCs) in areas with fully damaged educational infrastructure.
Ensuring that all project staff were well-versed in Education in Emergencies (EiE) standards and that these were integrated into all project interventions.
Keeping line management informed of key project developments, including activity progress, logistics coordination, and inventory management of supplies.
Supporting the preparation of progress reports and case studies by gathering relevant field data and assisting the project supervisor in documentation.
Coordinating with the finance section to ensure timely submission of activity and administrative budget requests in line with organisational protocols.
Representing the organisation at district-level education forums, meetings, and public events to share project progress, promote collaboration, and facilitate learning and experience sharing among stakeholders.

As part of the UNICEF-funded project Improving Adolescent Lives in Pakistan (IAPL) implemented by SRSO/RSPN, I was responsible for coordinating and executing key program activities aimed at enhancing life skills and promoting child rights among adolescents. My role involved managing day-to-day project operations, including the planning and implementation of learning center activities that offered structured sessions and hands-on training. I conducted regular field visits to monitor the effectiveness of on-ground interventions and to engage directly with beneficiaries. Additionally, I led a team of field staff, providing guidance and performance oversight to ensure quality service delivery. I developed detailed work plans, prepared monthly progress reports, and maintained thorough documentation of project activities for internal review and donor reporting. A significant part of my work included organizing and delivering training sessions for adolescents on life skills development and personal growth. I also facilitated awareness and capacity-building sessions for parents and community activists, focusing on critical issues such as the importance of education, prevention of early marriages, and child protection. Through these efforts, I contributed to strengthening community engagement and creating a supportive environment for adolescent development

I served as the District Project Officer (DPO) for Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) in District Ghotki. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing two key projects: the Health Communication (MNCH) Project and the Population Services International (PSI) initiative. My core responsibilities included the development and submission of narrative reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the management.
I led the implementation of project activities across all five tehsils of the district, including organizing trainings for Community Health Workers (CHWs), who were identified from local communities. Under my leadership, the district team comprised two female Social Organizers, one male Social Organizer, two Lady Health Visitors (LHVs), one MIS officer, and 300 CHWs.
I maintained close coordination with MNCH partners, District Health Office (DHO) officials, and the National Program, particularly in underserved areas. I also conducted quarterly District Coordination Meetings with MNCH stakeholders and successfully organized several large-scale district-level events, which were attended and appreciated by our leading partner, the Rural Support Program Network (RSPN).
Due to the effective implementation and rigorous monitoring by SRSO and RSPN across seven districts, I was honoured with an appreciation letter and awarded a one-month bonus for outstanding performance.

I served as a Nutrition Assistant with World Vision International, where I led and supervised paid volunteers operating in targeted areas of District Khairpur. My primary responsibilities included conducting regular field visits and working closely with volunteers to identify malnourished mothers and children.
Throughout the project implementation, I maintained strong coordination with the District Health Office (DHO) to ensure comprehensive understanding and integration of the CMAM (Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition) outreach program into the Primary Health Care (PHC) system. I facilitated the enrollment of children with Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM), ensuring admissions were in line with established criteria, and conducted follow-ups as per the scheduled protocols. I also managed transfers, discharges, and re-admissions between the community and health facilities based on case requirements.
My role involved identifying complications and non-responders, referring them to health facilities, and ensuring consistent follow-up until recovery or re-admission into the Outpatient Therapeutic Program (OTP). I was responsible for ensuring that SAM patients received appropriate treatment in line with OTP admission criteria.
In collaboration with the Nutrition Officer and logistics team, I ensured the timely availability and pre-positioning of medical and therapeutic food supplies. I monitored the quality and quantity of supplies and provided regular feedback to the Nutrition Supervisor, particularly when supplies did not meet quality standards. I also maintained strong coordination with outreach staff to ensure effective referral and follow-up processes.

During my tenure as Education Officer at World Vision International, I was responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of best practice standards for child-focused interventions. I actively advocated for child rights and related issues by engaging with local authorities and communities through awareness campaigns and the distribution of educational materials. I ensured the timely provision of school and student supplies in alignment with project mandates.
At the community level, I worked to strengthen Parents Teachers Councils (PTCs), community networks, women’s groups, and children's groups to encourage meaningful community participation in project activities. I conducted awareness sessions on the importance of education, the re-enrollment of out-of-school children, child protection, and the prevention of early marriage.
I also represented World Vision in coordination meetings with the education department, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Additionally, I mobilised communities to promote and strengthen PTCs to increase access to higher education for girls. I was responsible for preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.

I joined World Vision International as a Child Protection Officer. During field operations from 2010 to 2011, I was entrusted with the additional responsibility of District Coordinator. This dual role significantly broadened my professional experience, expanding my duties beyond child protection to include district-level coordination. In this capacity, I gained valuable skills in budgeting, planning, and leadership. I successfully organized and facilitated district-level meetings and workshops, contributing to the overall effectiveness of project implementation.

I began my career in 1998 as a Field Supervisor with a marketing research organization based in Rawalpindi. Within a year, I was promoted to Field Manager due to my strong performance. The organization employed over 200 daily-wage surveyors, and my core responsibilities included recruiting surveyors, conducting training and briefing sessions, and organizing focus group discussions in both urban and rural areas of Rawalpindi. After monitoring fieldwork and ensuring quality control, I submitted the completed questionnaires to the head office in Lahore.
In 2000, I returned to my hometown in District Sukkur, where I established the organization's first marketing office in the area and continued my role as Field Manager. I was responsible for overseeing field operations across two provinces: Sindh and Balochistan
