Ø  Preparation of master Schedules for site activities through Primavera P6.
Ø  Updating Project Schedules and preparation of Recovery Plan to achieve the target.
Ø  Monitoring of Subcontractor’s progress and highlighting to management
Ø  Monitoring progress throughout project cycle and comparing this with projected schedule of work.
Ø  Monitoring of Material Delivery Plan.
Ø  Preparation of Monthly Progress report.
Ø  Liaison with client, company and the subcontractor for project progress achievements.

 Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports based on actual work performed and submission to Saudi Aramco on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams using specialist planning computer software, such as MS Project & Primavera.
 Updating MS Project Scheduling and making Recovery Plan to achieve the target
 Measuring of Progress and S-Curve as per budgeted Man-hours.
 Preparation of Resources (Manpower, Equipment & material) requirement plan with histogram and presenting to Saudi Aramco.
 Preparation of Recovery Plans for Delayed Activities.
 Preparation of Extra Claims & additional Works Claims for the Project.
 Preparation of Monthly Progress Invoices as per Work progress and getting Approval from client.
 Preparation of Cash Inflows & Outflows while Monitoring the Project financials for Loss/Profit.
 Liaising with the site personnel throughout the process, making adjustments to projects as necessary

 To Supervise Electrical Installations as per provided Drawings
 To assist in site surveys and measured drawings.
