Recently I have worked as Cash Disbursement Facilitator in Scourse Islamic of France of FFA project of WFP for 4 months. Previously, I have had an experience of Administrative Coordinator in Ideal Public School and College for (06) years and Social Mobilizer for five (05) years in Koh Integrated Development Program (KIDP). Adding to this, I also had my Masters thesis in the same field titled " Role of KIDP on Women Empowerment in UC Koh".
The overall responsibility of the position is to play a key role in managing cash disbursements and supporting team under the conditional Cash Assistance project for the WFP funded project.
Main responsibilities
Prepare cash disbursement sheets for cash distribution to beneficiaries.
Verify beneficiaries’ names and signatures and consistency with CNIC for cash distribution.
Distribute the Cash to the registered beneficiaries as per schedule and amount indicated in the distribution plan.
Check, complete documentation and process for the cash
Maintain records in hard and soft of all the Cash distribution as required and guided by project manager.
Submit the requested documentation on daily basis, making sure that it is complete and accurate.
Ensure implementation of all donor guidelines with regard to disbursements of cash.
Submit daily and weekly updates to the project manager.
Accomplish any other duty assigned by the project manager including field visits, beneficiary surveys etc.
Documentation and record keeping of ongoing activities, Identify/suggest potential interventions at grassroots level; Assist Management with feedback and timely reporting for observation and analysis in field activities and maintaining data base for follow up impact or lesson Learnt
Any other assignment which is given by the Project Manager
Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.

Accomplished administrative assistant with experience working in a large law firm. In-depth knowledge of legal terminology and practice.Meeting with school staff, parents for education promotion and student group formation and conduct extra curriculum activities.
Conducted 30 days contract for survey in UC Kooh area of Chitral Lower for training on PWR/PSC formation for LSOs representatives. During my survey I achieved following targets

Main Responsibilities
Plan social mobilization activities in the context of the project log frame and targets set aligned with project work plan.
2. Provide input in the development of terms of partnership to be signed with the communities for participation in the project activities,
3. Initiate social mobilization process and facilitate the project communities to organize themselves in shape of community organizations (male and female).
4. Facilitate participatory planning and implementation process for identification of Water and Sanitation schemes
5. Provide input for preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports on the field activities highlighting achievements and bottlenecks.
Coordination
6. Coordinate with project officer, MEAL, Operations and HR department for integrated and coordinated activities in the field.
7. Support and coordinate with different implementing partners of government department in carrying out studies, assessments, and trainings.
8. Support the community organizations to establish their linkages with the local authorities and other development actors to improve the social services in the area.
Facilitate information and knowledge management
9. Collect and provide support in collection of information for base-lines surveys and evaluation or any other required study.
10. Document success/case stories for the project.
