This involved conducting interviews, focus group discussions, and surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative data. I also assisted in organizing and facilitating workshops and training sessions for NGOs to enhance their capacity in community development.Overall, my role as a Research Assistant allowed me to contribute to the knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by NGOs in implementing community development projects in Balochistan. It was a rewarding experience that helped me develop valuable research and analytical skills, as well as a deeper appreciation for the importance of community development in the region.
