In Islamic Relief Pakistan an International organization
In Cash for work activity to monitored registered beneficiaries who registered in to repair irrigation channels, culvert & water course, others in village development work to repair boundery walls, Full house rebuild, kitchen repairs,shops, pathways & mosques etc, to check their he/she work quality of theor own house in labour\\\'s work, to bounded them every day work for six hours & to maintenance their attendence,& told them about as per day that amount according to project pollicy will be given them.In cash grant to monitored beneficiaries who registered in small enterprise, Home base business to collected bill of shops item & grocery& in Livestock to collected recipet of Livestock of animal market when they got 1st trech. Then it submitted & reported then 2nd trench received them. so in this way they reopened their flood efftect business to make community independent & empowerment, then to make their case studies, success full stories & what will be changed in their life & environmental after the intervention of organization.In CPI community physical infrastructure to made village bricks streets pavements, their pathways, latrines construction & handpump installation.also Labours selected from community some were very skilled & some were unskilled to repair their culvertswater also to check work quality, labours attendence

I worked with an international organization Islamic Relief pakistan with IR & UK shelter box project provided 600 shleters in three UC (Latin.Bally shah & saeedpur) Tehsil Mehar District Dadu.
As a Social Organizer I was responsible for:
Community Mobilization, assessing gender disaggregated community needs and orientation about the project in the field
Community organization and committee formation (with signing of MOUs, TOPs)
Beneficiaries identification and verification for the different project components
Beneficiaries training if required on specific components and for effective participation in the project
Undertake village level planning exercises and able to identify community prioritized infrastructure requirements
Close coordination with field engineers for site selection and with logistics for material supply the site
Close coordination with beneficiaries for shelter construction, Hygiene promotion, cash for work, inputs of the project
Maintains gender disaggregated beneficiary record and work tracking sheet with assistance from other staff
Prepares weekly progress report of the UC to feed the Team Leader in the area
To check construction ongoing work,rectify minor gaps to inform technical team. To check quality of material hardness & soundness of bricks.
Distruted 600 hyigiene kits ,Tools kits for masons.
