Major Job Responsibilities
Responsible for NOKIA to ZTE Swap related activities like Planning/Post swap issues resolution
Planning for new Sites/Sector Addition/Sector Splits, PCI planning, TAC/TAL planning and Audit of all Cells and adjacencies level parameters.
New site integration and coverage optimization using drive test tool TEMS.
3G/4G Highly Utilized (Low throughput/High PRB Utilization) cells analysis and proposed expansions.
Responsible for network audit, identifying and rectifying RF physical logical parametric discrepancies during rollout and Swap implementation phase.
Network Stats and KPI Monitoring Improvement of Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Availability and traffic.
Conduct daily performance analysis of worst cells to resolve and report different KPIs including E-RAB Setup Success Rate, RRC Establishment Success Rate, call Setup Success Rate, CSFB Preparation Success Rate, User DL Average Throughput, HO Success Rate (Intra Frequency) and Whole Network DL Traffic.
Support system performance troubleshooting and improving areas of poor LTE Coverage by identifying/analyzing service problems.
Capacity study to check for any bottlenecks in the network like High DL PRB Utilization, RRC Connected Users Limitation etc.
Monitoring and ensure consistent RSRP, RSRQ and SINR parameters performance for better coverage of the site
Regular monitoring of network to identify hardware issues in the network and their escalation.
Benchmarking of network activities like trials, cell redesigns, expansions and Sector addition/splits
Support and analyze VIP customer complaints (B2B/Commercial) regarding Coverage, Bad SINR and LOW Throughput.
Coordinate with other departments such as optimization, commercial,B2B and act as an interface between Telenor and vendor to meet the requirements related to Network Coverage/Capacity as well as quality.
