Currently, I am working as a district coordinator in Tharparkar in the Malaria Control Program, which is funded by the Global Fund and implemented by Indus Hospital & Health Network. In my capacity as the District Coordinator of the TIH district malaria office in Tharparkar, I play a central role in the fight against malaria. This mission demands my unwavering commitment and dedication to excellence as I lead a district-level team. My primary responsibility is to establish strong connections with district counterparts, acting as a crucial link between our program and the local district. This ensures that our technical and operational strategies align seamlessly with the specific needs of the district. Precision planning is essential, involving the development of detailed implementation plans that adhere to the approved work plan and project framework. Transparency is a guiding principle, with regular updates provided to the Provincial Office and PMU Islamabad, keeping them well-informed about our progress. Empowering healthcare centres is one of the key elements of my role, as is the organization of training sessions and meetings for healthcare staff. I oversee logistics, maintain data integrity, and am ready to tackle any program-related task assigned by my supervisor. In essence, I understand that every task, regardless of its scale, contributes to our grand vision of a malaria-free future, and my unwavering commitment is the cornerstone of this mission\'s success.

I worked as a Camp Coordinator in mobile medical camps for flood-affected people in Khairpur and Ghotki districts. These camps are implemented by the Indus Hospital & Health Network and funded by the World Health Organization (WHO).My responsibilities include managing resources, serving as a point of contact for various stakeholders, developing monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring quality healthcare services, accurately collecting patient data, and entering data into electronic systems.Overall, my role as a Camp Coordinator involves coordinating resources, communication, monitoring, quality assurance, and data management in these medical camps.

The description entails the various roles and responsibilities undertaken by me while working on multiple projects of national and international organizations at Sukkur IBA University from 2017 to 2022. I have worked as a senior Project Officer for the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) Assessment Project in 2017, 18, 19 & 22, which included invigilation of student assessment and emarking. I have also worked on Standardized Achievement Test (SAT) Project in 2017 & 18, which was santioned to Sukkur IBA by the Sindh Government and funded by the World Bank. In addition, I have also worked on the the end-line evaluation of the project entitled \"Food Security and Drought Mitigation in Tharparkar, Sindh\". The project was implemented by RDF with the support of Kindernothilfe (KNH), a private German NGO and co-financed by BMZ (German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development) in year 2022. Furthermore, I have also worked on the baseline survey project named \"Growth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progress\" (GRASP) of the International Trade Center (ITC) and funded by the European Union.
Apart from that, I have also worked as a Research Associate with Overseas Development Institute (ODI) over a project named “Markets in Crisis and Transition in Pakistan” since 27th August, 2014 till 16th October, 2014.
My roles included developing test administration field plans, recruiting field force and invigilators, coordinating with SEF personnel, dispatching assessment material, performing field monitoring, resolving field-related issues, maintaining payment records, drafting project reports, organizing test centers, conducting training sessions, supervising e-marking and data entry labs, preparing payment schedules, collecting information through survey questionnaires, designing infographic-based reports, and developing research field plans.
Overall, I have gained diverse experiences in project management, data collection, analysis, and interpretation, as well as stakeholder coordination and communication. These experiences contributed to my professional development and enriched my skills and knowledge in the field of research and project management.
