Providing logistics and administrative support to project staff in arrangments of meetings, transportation of patients from community to Basic Health Unit hospitals, distribution of accessories and other stock in community. Dealing with miscellaneous project procurement matters. Ensure the proper documentation for inventory update and compliance purposes. Coordination between Government hospitals and Project staff for smooth conduct of TB screening tests.
Establish RSPN Provincial office Program Management Unit (PMU) at Karachi for the RSPN staff (more than 50 employees) working in different projects in Sindh. Maintain office buiding repairs, cleanliness and other janitorial requirements. Ensure Security protocol for staff and visitors. Update and maintain inventory of the store, buidling and assets according the projects requirement. Maintain the attendance and other HR records of all employees of Karachi office.
Provided Logistics support in arrangments of training / orientation and other meetings.
Coordinated staff meetings and accommodations for out of city activities/events.
Arranged 150+ participants events in community regarding awareness and mobilization sessions.
Manage and update the assets distribution, its accountability and inventory updates for project teams and offices.
Worked with other partner Rural Support Programmes in ground-level activities for field visits and seed distribution ceremonies.
Arranged procurements and trasportation of supplies to more than 10 districts of Sindh in different areas.
In addition also provides support to the Benazir Income Support Programmes team for the out-of-school children\'s admission process.
Manage and supported 6 months COVID-19 awareness and vaccination project team for administrative and logistics manner.

Manage fleet of 7 vehicles and drivers for facilitation of field staff in smooth conduct of field activites.
