Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. </p> <p>3. Identify potential clients and generate leads for new business opportunities. </p> <p>4. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best insurance solutions for clients based on their individual needs and risk profiles. </p> <p>5. Provide accurate and detailed information to clients about insurance products, coverage, benefits, and premiums. </p> <p>6. Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, cancellations, and other related documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. </p> <p>7. Maintain complete and accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy transactions. </p> <p>8. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and make recommendations for product and process improvements.</p> <p>Key Requirements </p> <p>1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, insurance, or related field. </p> <p>2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. </p> <p>3. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively listen and build rapport with clients. </p> <p>4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify clients' unique needs and recommend appropriate solutions. </p> <p>5. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. </p> <p>6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to thoroughly review policy documents and ensure compliance with established guidelines. </p> <p>7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software. </p> <p>8.
