Responsibilities:
Developing environment friendly disposal strategies for Industrial and Municipal Solid Waste and looking over research and development of Products such as RDF and Composting.

Conducting HSE Trainings, Tool Box Talks, Onsite Awareness Campaigns, Hazard and Risk Assessment, and Waste Quantification Reporting

Selected Accomplishments:
• Assisted installation of Coal Gasification technology which was to be used in generating syn gas for the compost granulation furnace using Coal and MSW.

• Designed waste water treatment plant for the Phytoremediation of Tetrapak ink waste.

• Developed Humic Acid as an organic fertilizer for Agriculture use

• Developed Fertilizers such as NPK 15:30:15, NPK 10:10:10, and NPK 10:20:10 from industrial fertilizer residue.

• Organized and Implemented ECOPRENUER workshops for franchise aspirants of Waste Busters

• Handled and Disposed ETP Sludge waste from Packages Bullay Shah via phytoremediation through Reeds Plant.

• Initiated RDF Palletization using MSW, and successfully made the product available for the market.

• Developed Health safety and Environment Policy at Waste Busters

• Headed ISO 14001 certification at waste busters’ waste disposal site.

• Served as OHSAS 18001 Management representative, Conducted regular training and audits for the compliance.

Overseeing a $0.63M project, to launch “Waste to Energy “(RDF Palletization project) with a 5 member team. Responsibilities: Direct brand management, Research and Development of RDF pallets, PR, corporate positioning, product launch, advertising and sales.

Selected Accomplishments:
 Represented RDF-INDHEN (Green Team) at Global Cleantech Initiative Program by UNIDO, Vienna, Austria and successfully raised $15000 cash prize as 2nd Runner up (Sustainable Energy Alternatives Category).

 Represented RDF-INDHEN (Green Team) at Vienna Energy Forum 2017 held at Vienna Austria for fund raising and PR

 Successfully coordinated with Pakistan Science Foundation as research and Development Partner

• Consultancy Provided in the RFP for transportation and handling of Persistent Organic Pollutants from Pakistan – Project of UNDP Pakistan

• Consultancy provided in the RFP of Abottabad Soild Waste Management Disposal and Its HSE provisions

• Consultancy Provided for Mirpur TMA regarding handling and Disposal of Solid Waste.
