• Work proactively with CRS education staff to implement timely and high quality education interventions focusing on access and improving quality of education.
• Develop relevant strategies, materials and training for communities, Female teachers and students that ensure high participation and genuine impact on enrollment, attendance, gender equity, the quality of instruction and parents involvement in education
• Promote the quality of education in the CRS target communities through Mother Group and PTC formation and training, teacher training and mentoring, hygiene promotion and community sensitization.
• In coordination with staff (and program partners, where appropriate), establish monitoring evaluation accountability and learning systems and manage periodic project reviews to ensure project targets are met and ensure the appropriateness and responsiveness of the program to beneficiary communities and to the legal/educational environment in Pakistan.
• Assist the Program Manager in identification of the project beneficiaries, for their training and post training services.
