• Designing tour packages for individual couples & groups
• Checking tickets and other relevant documents, seat allocations and any special requirements;
• Assisting holidaymakers check-in and settle into their accommodation;
• Communicating a range of information on itineraries, destinations and culture;
• Informing passengers of arrival and departure times at each destination on the itinerary and ensuring that all members of the
group are back on the coach before departing from each stop;
• Using professional knowledge to answer questions from holidaymakers and to fulfill their expectations of the tour
• Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and service are satisfactory.
• Dealing with rent & sales clients (Commercial & Residential).
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of
purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing documents and disbursement of funds.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
