Senior Manager - Credits
To Approve/Recommend/Reject Credit Requests/Proposals (Fresh/Annual/Temporary) of the Customer’s after identifying Risk Mitigating measures in terms of Banking Policies and SBP Prudential Regulations.
While evaluating the Credit Proposals to assess repayment capacity of the Customer\'s i.e. character, financial risk profile, previous performance records, security coverage ratio and to ensure that facilities have been properly structured in terms of sanction advise.
To coordinate with AHs/TLs/SRMs for an ideal structuring of the Credit Limits in terms of financial needs.
Monitoring the portfolio for timely reporting / MIS escalation of past dues (DPD 30+/60+)
To liaise with Internal / External Auditors and Regulatory Authorities for the audit of Credit Proposals and other reporting/MIS.
Project Engineer / Manager
To Approve/Recommend/Reject the Loan Requests (Project Financing) of the customer\'s in terms of Banking Policies and SBP Prudential Regulations.
To prepare the Feasibility Reports in terms of Related Project Financing (Technically,Financially & Marketing)
During the implementation stage to visit the projects, in terms of Sanction Advise and Banking Policies/SBP Prudential Regulations.
While in Operations stage to visit the projects to Monitor the performance of the project.
To monitor the complete process of Recovery of loan.
To look-after the complete process of Tendering for Import of machinery as well as approval of quotations for plant and machinery(LMM)
To liaise with Internal / External Auditors and Regulatory Authorities for Audit & Compliance in terms of Banking Policies and SBP Prudential Regulations.
