I worked as a research assistant at the University of Lahore. I assisted my professor in her research and also helped some students with their research work. It was a great experience.

Once again in February 2021, I rebound myself with Fatima Memorial Hospital  Nur Foundation as a clinical nutritionist. My experience over here was also very successful.

Back in October 2019, I completed my house job at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. I worked in differentdepartments of the institute. This was a greatachievement for me in this field. I enhanced myexperience while working at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

I worked over here as a internee nutritionist in the nutrition section of the Public Relation Wing Department. I\'ve enjoyed working over here. I participated in several public awareness camps, nutrition awareness camps that were organised at different schools and hospitals. I also used to write articles to educate the public about nutrition.

I attended the program of Pakistan Red Crescent held at Punjab Food Authority. Over here, I attended the Basic First Aid Training as per the syllabus and procedure of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society.

I served as a nutrition internee. I was responsible to deal with the patients regarding their diet plans during their stay at the hospital. I was liable for the patient\'s diet and nutritional counseling for OPD as well.
