New induction to execution of Business via retail network
• Onboarding Branchless Banking agent network with 14 HUBs and 1,800 agents in Karachi. And 3 Hubs (franchise) and 200 agents in Gwadar, Turbat and panjgoor.
• Led G2P BISP Project in Larkana and its suburbs with Rs.250 mn disbursal, in 2013.
• Successfully deployed 400+ POS devices on Key location with heavy customer’s footfall.
• Have established the market of OTC in the assigned are and generated Rs. 190 mn DR Sending, in 2015.
• Found a fraud (of Rs. 1.2mn) in billing and recovered the same amount from the agent, in 2014.
