Haleema Noreen having B.Ed hons degree ( sixteen years) education degree with teaching experience and short term assignment of data collection for studies/ research. Data collection experience with Islamic Relief Pakistan for sustainable initiatives for development in kashmir ( SIDK) project in Haveli. During data collection I have conducted house hold interviews with beneficiaries on their socio economic condition and impact of different project activities. Focus group discussions were conducted with communities on different communal activities to gauge the impact. Focus group discussions conducted and recorded the findings. Findings shared with evaluation team. I have also conducted research on " A study to explore the effects of line of control on Education" during my studies and my research paper is also published in international journal. Time table ,development of contents for teaching, lesson and delivery, planing and execution of activity based learning are my professional skills. My computer skills are good and I have generated different reports by using MS office ( Excel,word and power point). My soft skills are honesty, hardworking and commitment with my work.
