I have been worked as a field facilitator in the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) for the project of distributing rice seeds under the \"Balochistan Urgent Response for Food Security Project.\" The project aims to protect the population affected by floods from poverty and food insecurity by restoring their socio-economic conditions to pre-flood levels. This will be done using the Build Back Better Framework approach. Through this project, FAO is working closely with the Government of Balochistan (GoB), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and with support from the Japan Fund for Prosperous and Resilient Asia and the Pacific (JFPR). The objective is to address the livelihood and food security needs of the population affected by the floods in four districts: Nasirabad, Jaffarabad, Usta Muhammad, and Sohbatpur.
Responsibilities:


Carry out baseline households survey and collect information as per critiria.

Meet beneficiaries individually and in groups to inform them about the project, roles and responsibilities.
Contributing to the development of inputs and equipment distribution plans.
Facilitating distribution of inputs, equipment, and other materials to project beneficiaries.
Build strong relationships and coordination with relevant field-level government departments. 
Support facilitation of field visits.
Perform other related duties as required by the Coordinator.
