Insuring Referrals of presumptive TB cases to BMUS.Insuring Programmatic Management of TB Preventive Therapy (PPMTPT).Insuring Follow ups of the Registered TB Cases.Insuring Timely data reporting( Monthly/quarterly).Insuring contact screening of already registered TB Cases( Index cases).Participation in Intra District Meeting (IDM).Collection of LHS monthly Reports.Record keeping I.e Contact Screening,Verbal Screening, Referrals forms and monthly reports.Monthly analysis on respective low performance district, and feed back report to LHW/TB Coordinator.Data validation and correction.Attending monthly LHS meeting at district as well facility level.
