I am Arooj Fatima, from Muzaffarabad. I have done my 16-year education in international relations at NUML,Islamabad. In my professional experience, I worked as HRM for a telecommunications company. I gained professional experience dealing with international firms during my past internship at MOFA. I also have an interest in media, research, and analysis,working for NGOs, INGOs, and organizations working in the fields of development, international relations, the politics of Pakistan, and history.

I worked as HRM at 7 Tel Solutions, which is one of the best telecommunication companies in Islamabad, and I learned the practical application of HR, recruiting,creating a safe work environment, Managing employee relations, administering payroll, managing compensation and benefits packages, handling disciplinary needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and overseeing training programs.
