Community Mobilizer

Data Collector
· To conduct data collection in the targeted field areas and collect data as per survey protocols.
· Develop field plan and identify the clusters for field activities and follow the sampling guidelines for house hold selection.
· Maintain data quality standards and ethical protocols, participate in trainings, standardization testing and daily debriefs.
· Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
Social Organizer
Conduct regular field visits in the targeted communities.
To collect and verify the beneficiary’s data.
Collect and verify the data in soft on specified software.
Submit daily field progress report to the field supervisor.
Develop field plan for visits on weekly bases.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Team Leader
· To visit door to door and identify the children’s for polio drops
· To mark the children’s as per standers and update the records
· Submit the records to the supervisors
Social Mobilizer
· To conduct assessment of flood affected villages.
· To fill the data collection forms and submits to supervisor.
· To conduct awareness session on nutrition with community PLWs on the importance of nutritional supplement food
· Distribute SNF among the identified PLWs and other flood affected communities.
· To conduct post distribution interviews form the communities.

· To take regular classes of students from grade one to Five.
· To teach Sindhi, Science and English to the students of class one to Five.
· To check dairy work of the students and class work on regular bases.
· Engage students in co curricular activities.
· Develop class time table and take classes as per developed time table.
