As a Process Engineer, I supervise assembly lines and packing operations, identifying abnormalities and leading root cause analysis (RCA) to implement effective corrective actions. I manage RQC-2 defects, script issues, and IMEI-related problems, ensuring permanent resolutions at the source. In the absence of the floor leader, I oversee four assembly lines and RQC-2 activities, managing workflow and team coordination. I handle batch uploads and software version control through N-mark software, and design process flows for rework scenarios, new setups, and process improvements. I monitor and control scrap levels across lines, investigate failures in the aging process to minimize production delays, and propose corrective action plans when scrap exceeds limits. I compile and analyze scrap and defect trends, reporting insights to the China R&D team to support quality enhancements. Additionally, I contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by tracking early-stage issues and implementing preventive actions, verify scrap data against inventory records, and conduct compatibility testing for excessive materials, proposing Engineering Change Notes (ECNs) where necessary.
