A Social Mobilizer engages and empowers communities to participate in social development programs, focusing on raising awareness, building capacity, and driving sustainable change. They act as a bridge between communities and organizations, facilitating communication and collaboration. Their role includes organizing training sessions, raising awareness on issues like health, education, and sanitation, and mobilizing resources. They also monitor progress, advocate for marginalized groups, and promote inclusive decision-making. Additionally, Social Mobilizers work to resolve conflicts and strengthen cooperation among local leaders, government, and partners to ensure the success of community initiatives.

As a field enumerator, my role involves conducting data collection and facilitating Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) specifically with disabled children under 18 years old. This includes gathering information through surveys and interviews, and organizing FGDs to understand the experiences, challenges, and needs of disabled children within this age group. As a field enumerator, i also performed my duty to ensuring accurate reporting and efficient data compilation. This involves meticulous documentation of findings gathered from surveys and FGDs with disabled children under 18 years old. Meeting deadlines is crucial, requiring careful planning and organization to deliver comprehensive reports on time. Effective communication and collaboration with other team members and team lead are essential to streamline data compilation processes and meet assignment deadlines effectively.
