Role & major responsibilities include:
• Product Costing i.e. calculating budgeted and actual Standard Variable Costs (SVCs) of products particularly new
launches/changes in existing products
• Preparation of quarterly budgets for Raw Materials such as Leaf and Direct Materials (DIM) cost
• Analysis of DIM / Leaf cost on variation in actual vs budget and prior year costs
• Calculation of productivities related to DIM cost such as wastages etc.
• Regional and local reporting
• Updating SVC rates in SAP P1 on Raw materials and Finished Goods
• Assisting the leaf and warehousing teams in materials management (MM) movements in SAP P1
• Monitoring and Ensuring the targets for working capital are met
• Assisting the Tax department on the requirements of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) related to inventory and
production
• Approving Inter-Company Prices based on relevant assumptions
• Facilitate internal and external (statutory) audits on processes and procedures and the related requirements
Role & major responsibilities include:
• Materials requirement planning as per Production plan
• Managing inventory control, handling & storage at Factory Warehouses
• Managing Stock levels and reorder quantities to fulfill operational needs / requirements through analyzing and
forecasting in-house demand of different items
• Verifying Incoming materials as per Purchase Orders
• Assign Serial Numbers to each inventory items and Scan with bar-code machine to facilitate identification and
movement and as per company policy
• Managing and Updating Warehouse Inventory in SAP System
• Co-ordinate with all Concerned Departments in order to fulfill the requirements of both Internal & External
Customers including Excise
• Co-ordinate & prepare Federal Excise reports as per requirement of the FBR
