Currently finalizing my thesis for an MS degree in Human Resource Management, I aim to provide academic as well as project/program oriented contribution in Pakistan on Disability Inclusion at the workplace, as well as drive my career towards such an initiative. Previously having studied Public Administration from National University of Science and Technology (NUST), and having experience in the British Council and Aurat Foundation regarding project management, policy formulation and monitoring, I have set my goals to achieving experience in organizations that are big on diversity inclusion, innovation, youth inclusion and communication.
