System/Deployment Engineer
- Responsible for System Support and NOC activities, having good understanding of Linux (Debian, CentOS, OpenSUSE) Operating Systems. The Major active services are of VoIP and SMS GATEWAY.
- Form installation to development skills on Asterisk (VoIP service), Kannel and Jasmine (SMS Gateway).
- VoIP skills includes from installation to management on Asterisk and Opensips, Dahdi configuration for E1/PSTN cards and dahdi tools, dial plan development, IVR making, call routing through SIP trunks and through E1 connectivity by SS7 signaling protocol. Also on AMI and AGI management, AMD (answer machine detection) method configuring over asterisk. CDR generating and monitoring over the configured Database.
- Skill over SMS gateway includes SMS traffic by using SMPP protocol and HTTP SMSC’s connections, daily record monitoring, runtime issue detection and solution.
- Also server installation, development and management for Apache, MySQL, redis, FTP, BigBlueButton, Icecast server, Oreka, OTRS ticketing system.
- Monitoring alerts configuration by using monit alarms.
- Network traffic monitoring by using traces, tools used are tshark and wireshark for trace analysis.
- Database management on MySQL and Redis database, skills that includes master to slave replication on MySQL for data backup process, rsync for data synchronization.

- Telecard\'s Local Loop Project is totally based on VoIP technology. Here I am working on Asterisk, Trixbox, Elastix, and FreePBX.
- Providing solutions of Sip Trunks, Sip based PRI and simple Trunk lines. Clients are Banks, Call centers, Software Houses, TV channels, Radio Channels and Factories.
- Working on different softphones Cisco devices and Linksys devices as end points.
